Mahony-Rathburn Chiropractic is a hands-on, full spinal chiropractic practice located in Fort Wayne's north side — near Cedar Creek Church, Metea State Park, and just 8 minutes from I-69 and Parkview Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Orion Mahony and Dr. Kami Rathburn met at Palmer College of Chiropractic, built a thriving practice together on Orcas Island, Washington, and eventually made the journey back home to Indiana to be near family — and to serve a community they care about.

Dr. Orion Mahony

D.C. · 21 Years Experience

Dr. Mahony treats musculoskeletal issues, acute injuries, TMJ, knees, back and neck pain, and is especially skilled with teens and sports-related conditions. He also practices maintenance and wellness chiropractic, and upper-cervical specific care. He trained at Palmer College of Chiropractic and spent 15+ years building a practice on Orcas Island before returning to Indiana.

Born and raised in Indiana, Dr. Rathburn earned her B.S. in Biology from Bowling Green State University and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2000. A former collegiate cross country runner, she brings an athlete's understanding to patient care — and is the practice's certified Graston practitioner. Currently pursuing advanced graduate studies.
